- Certified Breast Imaging Navigator - A dedicated breast navigator helps patients understand results, coordinate care and move forward with confidence.
- Multidisciplinary Team - Crestwood Medical Center offers a multidisciplinary team including skilled breast and plastic surgeons, medical and radiation oncologists, pathologists, gynecologists and support staff who work together to create personalized care plans for each patient.

An order from a physician or qualified healthcare provider is not required, but the patient must provide a physician/provider name when an appointment is made. All mammogram reports will be sent to the physician/provider, and the patient is responsible for follow-up. *Check with your insurance provider to confirm coverage for a screening mammogram
