Crestwood Medical Group Welcomes Primary Care Physician

Crestwood Medical Group is pleased to announce the addition of Dr. Erin Schmale to our team of providers. Dr. Schmale will practice at Crestwood Medical Group Primary Care - Madison Boulevard. The clinic is located at 8489 Madison Boulevard in Madison, AL.
Dr. Schmale is a native of north Alabama, growing up in Harvest. She completed her medical education at the University of South Alabama and a family medicine residency at Christ Health Center in Birmingham, a program of St. Vincent’s East.
“I am excited to return to the place I called home for so many years to begin my career as a physician,” said Dr. Erin Schmale. “I look forward to caring for the people I go to church with and see at the grocery store. I have a deep connection to this community and look forward to contributing to the health and well-being of this area.”
