Crestwood Medical Group Welcomes Cardiologist

Madison, AL – Crestwood Medical Group is pleased to announce the addition of Dr. Sam Michael to our team of providers. Dr. Michael will practice at Crestwood Medical Group - Cardiology. The clinic is located at 12205 County Line Road in Madison, AL.
Passionate about patient care, Dr. Michael offers personalized treatment plans to help patients manage heart disease and enhance quality of life. Dr. Michael specializes in the diagnosis and management of a wide range of cardiovascular conditions, including coronary artery disease, heart failure, arrhythmias, and preventive cardiology. He will offer the following services:
- Cardioversion
- Cardiac MRI
- Coronary CT angiogram
- Echocardiogram
- Stress testing
