McMillion Joins Crestwood Medical Group

Crestwood Medical Center recently announced the addition of McMillion Medical Group into its network of primary care practices. Effective January 1, 2024, David McMillion, M.D., and Tiaya Lang, CRNP, joined Crestwood Medical Group.
The practice has been renamed to Crestwood Medical Group – Family Medicine – Whitesport Drive. The address (on the Crestwood campus in Huntsville) and telephone number remain the same: 400 Whitesport Drive, Suite 201, (256) 489-3836.
“This closer affiliation with Crestwood Medical Center will further strengthen our goal of providing quality, safe care with service excellence for my patients”, comments Dr. McMillion. “Plus, patients will be able to have smooth access to the Crestwood ER and urgent care centers (after normal business hours), lab and radiology services nearby.
