A Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting Ceremony was held on April 16th, 2013. Crestwood employees, the Madison Chamber of Commerce, the Huntsville Chamber of Commerce, elected officials, local physicians, and members of the community came together to celebrate the opening of the new Madison facility.
