Occupational Health Case Management

Crestwood Medical Center has established an Occupational Health Case Management program to assist our business clients, area physicians, employers, and injured workers, in the management of their workers’ compensation cases.
Our case management program can:
- Facilitate Crestwood Medical Center services such as surgical services, physical and occupational therapy, imaging, emergency, and inpatient medical care for injured employees
- Provide access to a physician network to assist with referrals for complicated medical claims
- Serve as a facilitator between the physicians, employers, third party administrators, and workers compensation carriers.

Crestwood Medical Center Occupational Health Case Management program works in partnership with WorkWell Occupational Health Center and will be managed by Mary Campbell, RN.
At Crestwood and WorkWell, we will maintain contact with you, your injured team members and carrier to offer support and case management. We will coordinate the flow of information and assist in coordinating your worker’s treatment, providing expedited treatment protocols in order to reach case closure or maximum medical improvement for your workers.
