Crestwood Offers New Intensive Outpatient Program for Substance-Related Disorders
Crestwood is proud to announce its newest addition for providing quality patient care.
The Intensive Outpatient Program for Substance-Related Disorders at Crestwood is dedicated to providing quality care to individuals who need help overcoming substance-related disorders.
Our caring, dedicated team includes physicians who are board certified in addiction medicine, licensed professional counselors, and registered nurses. The team collaborates with clients to take the first step in a new direction to pursue recovery.
The Crestwood Intensive Outpatient program allows patients with substance-related disorders to begin recovery in a controlled environment while giving them the freedom to work and live almost as they normally would.

We work with clients and their families to put the pieces back together.”
